


I have tried everything with my training schedules etc - giving my players days off training, reducing the intensity of training, all I can try.

But I almost always have 2 matches each week! So I essentially need 2 separate first-teams, one to play at the weekend, one to play midweek - or else I start the match with half the players having 92/93% fitness. It takes them at least a week to get back to 100%. Any help would be much appreciated.Įssentially, the problem is that my players get tired out during a match (of course!) but they don't seem to recover their fitness quickly enough for the next game. As a result there were some major things that I didn't understand - I've got to grips with just about all of it, but I just can't fix my players' fitness levels. I stopped playing the game after CM 01-02, and have recently returned to it.
